This week marks my TEN YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. I know...perspective is everything, but to me, this is huge. It's crazy to think that nearly a third of my life I've been married to Lynette. It's been a great decade and I look forward to an eternity full of many more great decades. :)
It's very cool and exciting to set down dates to help measure things...we try to live each day to the fullest and make sure we are in synch and everything is going well. To some extent, we try to keep the "newlywed" mentality of always trying to be as much in love (or more) than at the beginning. Things change and time moves on, but we always try to be growing closer together rather than farther apart.
Instead of waxing terribly sentimental and making you all sick with romanticism, I'll save that for my note to my bride...and just leave you all with a resounding WA-HOO!!! TEN YEARS!!! ;)

Congratulations, man. Ten years is a major milestone in any marriage.
Thanks...we are super excited. It's gone so fast neither of us can really believe it. In a lot of ways, we still feel like it's only been a couple of years, but then we realize we've got 3 kids (with the oldest 7 in January) and it starts to sink in that it's been longer than that. :)
Very, very happy Anniversary!
That's a great achievement, especially in today's world.
Thanks dood. :)
Happy Anniversary! Keep on Truckin!!!
I forgot to call! Dah...we'll still call today. Double digits is huge. Congrats buddy!
