Identity theft is a funny sport that's taken over the world. I don't know for certain, but I would bet that a "successful" identity thief would tell you that one of the keys to success is to borrow the identity of someone low profile with little likelihood of being noticed or noticing your actions until you make a good score.
I guess this person missed that class in identity theft 101. It seems he tried to pass himself off as Brad Pitt, complete with a photo of the star on his ID. Oops.
