Apparently the British Government has recognized the need to educate adults in their country. It seems some people are having a hard time during these after Christmas sales as they try to determine exactly what kind of a deal "20% off" or "Buy one, get one half price" means to their pocket book.
Honestly, I would love to see this sort of government involvement in the US...
