Bill Gates is stepping back from Microsoft

It seems Bill Gates has decided to get his fingers more out of the Microsoft pot. I seem to remember him doing this same thing a few years ago...I guess he's trying to let go a little more every few years...either that or he's trying to distance himself from the company before it tanks. ;)
